Introduction

Maybe you know the feeling already

A quiet sense that something in your life, your leadership, or your way of being no longer fits the way it once did. That you're searching, even if you can't yet name for what.

Cathrine spent eight years in finance before one encounter with a lion changed the direction of her life completely. What she found on the other side wasn't an escape from the world, but a braver way back into it.

Wherever you're starting from — a course, a keynote for your team, a retreat, or simply a conversation — you're welcome here. Often, the right place to begin makes itself known the moment you find it.

The Mission

Assisting people to make their hearts sing — and through that, create peace within, around, and ultimately on earth

LionHearted Speaking

Courageous leadership. Wild wisdom. Talks that move rooms

Cathrine brings real business credentials and a story that earns the room's attention — eight years in finance, eleven co-founding a nonprofit through pandemic and wildfire. Keynotes for corporates, conferences, tourism, and women's networks — in person, virtual, or worldwide.

Big Cat Wisdom

The pride, and what they teach

For more than a decade, Cathrine has lived alongside a pride of lions, leopards, tigers, cheetahs, caracals, jackals, servals and many other magnificent animals at Panthera Africa — a true sanctuary near Stanford, South Africa.

The cats do not perform their power. They simply hold it. Much of the LionHeart work is a slow translation of that quiet, sovereign presence into a way of being human.

Peace Initiatives

"Sometimes you need to roar in order to create peace."

The LionHeart work extends beyond talks and retreats — into living initiatives that anchor peace in the world, one courageous heart at a time.
