Workshop: Sacred Darkness

Meeting what we've learned to fear, and remembering it as sacred space.

What happens

This workshop turns gently toward the part of ourselves and life we're most tempted to avoid — the unknown, the unseen, the parts we've learned to fear. Rather than treating darkness as something to defend against, this session offers a different relationship with it: darkness as absolute space, the essence of the soul, where life itself is sparked. Held from a place of safety established at the start of the session, you'll be guided to meet your own sacred darkness without collapsing into fear — through meditation, guided reflection, and embodiment practice — and to discover that on the other side of that meeting is calm, clarity, confidence, and a steadier foundation for every decision that follows.

Who it's for

Anyone ready to explore their relationship with fear, the unknown, and the parts of themselves kept in the shadow, or continuing their journey through the Safety workshop or Level 1: Safety. No prior experience with meditation or energy work is required — only a willingness to sit, gently and safely, with what has usually been avoided.

What you'll walk away with

A renewed, embodied understanding of darkness — not as threat, but as sacred space. A felt experience of meeting fear from a place of safety, and finding calm, clarity, and confidence on the other side.
