Workshop: Forgiveness & Gratitude
Releasing what we carry, and rising into gratitude for what it taught us.
What happens
This workshop moves through what may be the hardest, and most important, lesson we're here to learn: forgiveness. Forgiveness, as taught here, is not approval — it is the conscious choice to release the emotions attached to what happened, without saying that what was done was right. It is a shift of perception, not a change of facts.
"Miracle is defined as 'a shift of perception,' and forgiveness is the moment we allow ourselves to look at a person, situation, or maybe most importantly ourselves, differently."
Gratitude is where forgiveness completes itself. When we can find it within ourselves to give thanks — for every aspect of the situation including the pain, as well as the strength, compassion, and perspective it forged in us — the grip of the past finally loosens. The workshop moves through both halves of this single motion: releasing what we have carried, and rising with gratitude for what it taught us.
A path Cathrine has walked herself
Cathrine has moved through a powerful forgiveness journey across many aspects of her own life — and it is from that lived experience, not theory, that she shares the perspectives, insights, and wisdom it has taught her. This workshop is held from someone who has done this work herself, again and again, and knows both how hard and how freeing it can be.
Who it's for
Anyone carrying grief, anger, guilt, or blame — toward another person or themselves — who is ready to let it go. No prior experience is required, only a willingness to be honest about what is still being carried.
What you'll walk away with
A clear, embodied understanding of what forgiveness actually is — a release of emotional attachment, not an approval of what happened — and the felt experience of letting go, then rising into gratitude for what it taught you.
