What happens
In this one-on-one initiation, Cathrine shares the story of the Cosmic Heart symbol and how it was activated within her own life. Using a series of specific tools, she then guides you through your own Cosmic Heart Activation — a remembrance of the love that already lives at your core.
Because safety is the foundation of this work, you'll also be given a crafted safety incantation to take with you, as a personal anchor to return to.
Where it can lead
This session stands complete entirely on its own. For those who want to go deeper, it also pairs beautifully with the full Safety course — the more safety is embodied, the further the ripple of the activation can extend.
Location
Sessions take place in Stanford, South Africa, or in Norway during Cathrine's visits there.
