The Sacred LionHeart Journey
A deeply intentional nature immersion and heart-opening experience.
What happens
We meet at the Phillipskop parking area and journey together on a gentle walk through this incredibly special landscape. Along the way, Cathrine guides the group through moments of presence, connection, and storytelling — sharing more of her own journey, Panthera Africa, and her deep connection with the lions and the land.
The path leads through an ancient cave and, if flowing, a waterfall, before arriving at a powerful lion-shaped rock formation Cathrine discovered on one of her own walks — which she named King Luther. There, the group pauses for a guided meditation and a simple, sacred sharing of indigenous rooibos tea with local fynbos honey — honouring the land and creating a moment of grounding, connection, and inner listening.
For those who feel called, there's an optional (and safe) climb onto the rock for elevated views and a playful, expansive experience. Those who prefer can remain below and simply enjoy the space — with total acceptance.

Open to anyone with a general level of fitness, minimum of two people per booking. The walk is mostly easy, with one slightly steeper section, and no exposure to heights unless you choose to climb the rock.
