Choose Wisely — Choose Love

Behind the depth of our own being resides the core of all life – the Divine existence that we all come from. The purest of hearts is within us all and it is when deep connection within is found that this divine essence shines through.

The questions of why humanity is as they are and why some people do what they do, the answer lies in the layers of ego, hurt, blame, guilt, lack of connection to self, anger, sadness, despair – all the emotions blocking our connection to our source – to love.

When light enters these dark spaces the ignition of hope starts within, and it is in our hearts we need to feel this and trust that we are deserving of this love. We are deserving of forgiveness. We are deserving of feeing safe and know that no matter what has happened to us, or what we have done, everything is ok and we can still choose love.

The training of the mind is essential to shift our world as we see, feel and experience it. That is at the core of our perception of our own world we live in. If you want things to change, shift the focus of your own thoughts and help yourself out of the darkness your find yourself in. The only person who can do this is you, so with focus, love and determination you can create the world you want to live in. See the beauty in the small things around you, choose to see the positive in people around you, choose to smile at people passing by, choose to huge your loved one's, even when they have hurt you, choose to be the one that people look to for inspiration and motivation, that is how we ignite love and hope in each other. That is how we spread light in the dark corners of the world. That is how we can create peace <3 Be the one that sees the bigger picture and chooses to walk in compassion, forgiveness and love, and even though we sometimes fail to understand others' actions, we can choose non-judgement and send our love to them as we know they need it more than ever <3

The choices are ours and I hope you join me in choosing kindness and unconditional love in a world that need it now more than ever.
